They told me that I received numerous notifications especially to my on line banking mail. I have checked My history and there are no notifications. Associated Bank Bank account or service deposits and withdrawals September 18, 2015 - I received a charge to my checking account in the amount of $340.00 on -/-/15. The charge is from - and is under the name - -. I noticed the charge on -/-/15 and immediately called to file a dispute. I received the paperwork to sign and returned it on -/-/15. The paperwork I signed was an affidavit that it was not my charge. I immediately placed the signed affidavit back in the mail in the postage paid envelope provided. I called on -/-/15 to find out when I would receive my provisional credit and I was told after 10 business days of the complaint. When talki... |
