UMB Bank Mortgage credit decision / underwriting

July 16, 2015 - UMB Bank sent us an offer by mail of a $75.00 gift card if we took a draw of at least $7500.00 against our UltraEquity Line of Credit ( HELOC ) loan. After we did this within the terms of the offer, it has refused to honor the offer of the $75.00 gift card.
