Trustmark Corporation Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management July 16, 2015 - I had a CD with trustmark in - - and my dad and I both were on it. My dad went in and took out a loan and used it as collateral the loan officer let him take the paperwork out to get me '' to sign it and forged my name. It happened - different times with - different signatures. I went to the main trustmark in - and the legal team told me that my dad was getting a loan to put the money back in and I was basically screwed until then.
