Whitney Bank Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management February 22, 2016 - My wife and I closed our Hancock Bank accounts today, - -, 2016. We only did this because the bank sent us a certified letter notifying us that it was going to close our accounts on - -, 2016. We were surprised to be charged a $20.00 account closing fee for each of the accounts. As you will see in the attached letter, the bank provided no reason for the account closures. We never had any problems dealing with the bank. We feel this is outrageous. We would like our $40.00 to be returned to us. ... |
