Creditors Collection Service Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received February 1, 2017 - I cancelled an insurance policy with - because they raised my policy more than double within a couple months with no justification.I called them on the phone after I already picked up CURE insurance told them I 'm cancelling and why they said it was cancelled at that moment we spoke. Next thing I get a letter I owe them - and at the time I cancelled I owed them nothing They took their time dropping me from policy and expect me to pay for them when I already was paying CURE They put it as a collection on my credit report - deleted it off my credit report but - still has it on there... |
Creditors Collection Service Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 29, 2015 - Creditors Collection Service failed to provide the proper documentation as requested, proper VALIDATION has not been recieved pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Creditors Collection Service has not provided me with competent evidence that show I have any legal obligation to pay them anything. Creditors Collection Service failed to respond to my validation request within 30 days from the date of receipt. ... |
