DataMax Corporation Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 10, 2016 - I have asked Interstate Credit Collection to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on -/-/16, -/-/16 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect interest on a debt without an agreement or contract. Nor have they supplied anything other than a statement on one of the collections. I told them that I would be reporting them to you but they obviously do n't fear you because they failed to delete themselves or answer questions about the debt ( s ) that they are using to damage me financially. DataMax Corporation Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 9, 2015 - I have a rental property in - that was empty for a short period of time in - 2015. The utilities were supposed to never be transferred in my name ( due to an incoming tenant ) but apparently were because - - billed utilities to my account. - - has both my phone number, email, and address but I received no calls, no emails, no letters at my address in - and the tenants have stated they received no letters for bills or collection notices in my name.
