When I got the loans I had money problems since I 'm the only - working in my household. So I have to pay rent, electric bill, gas, car, house insurance, phone, car, medical bills. So i got the loan so I could help myself a bit. I was making enough at my last job so I was n't able to keep paying. I made several attempts to call, spoke with - and - whom kept hanging up on me while asking to speak with a supervisor. They kept saying to submit a request in writing which I had and they saw it in their system. I called back and finally spoke with - the ( supervisor ) whom also stated I needed to submit again in writing my request. I will literally be paying this debt until I am dead. I asked them to verify the debt and requested the original debt amount and contract with my signatures, because the amount they are trying to collect is not the original loan amount. It has been over 45 days and they have not sent me proper validation. No bill, no statement, no contract. ... |
