Ally Financial Inc. Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account July 26, 2016 - I bought a - Chevy Cruze and was financed through Ally Auto. All went well for a few months, then in o - - I received a call from their collection dept saying I did n't pay my -/-/- payment, I gave her my receipt number and she said " oh yeah here it is we just had n't posted it to your account ''. Well in -/-/- I received a statement for $160.00 late charge, which I refused to pay. All went pretty smooth until -/-/- when I received a statement saying I 'm 2 months behind with payments.
