I bought a - Chevy Cruze and was financed through Ally Auto. All went well for a few months, then in o - - I received a call from their collection dept saying I did n't pay my -/-/- payment, I gave her my receipt number and she said " oh yeah here it is we just had n't posted it to your account ''. Well in -/-/- I received a statement for $160.00 late charge, which I refused to pay. All went pretty smooth until -/-/- when I received a statement saying I 'm 2 months behind with payments. I again contacted their collections dept and was told that someone entered the wrong account number and the mistake would be taken care of. On - -, - they send me a statement only showing the disputed $160.00 owing on my account. This proved that the mistake in the previous statement had been fixed. I made my next payment on - - -
$1400.00. to get the car back this is where most customers that they do like this fold and pay up to get their vehicle back and save their credit Then this month they sent me another statement saying the car was sold and that I owe them over $5000.00 more.
