JPMorgan Chase Money transfers incorrect/missing disclosures or info October 2, 2015 - On - -, 2015 I set up an on-line wire transfer payment to a Jewelry business in - through my Chase.com on-line banking account. After I set up the payment, my on-line account access was blocked and I was told to call a Chase customer number. I called them thinking I had to approve '' of the high value of the wire transfer ( $11000.00 ). But the person on the phone said I had to go into a branch and talk to someone.
