A man, - -, of - - - - - stopped by my home stating he wanted to put vinyl siding on my house to make it look better. I told him I could not afford it. He said he might be able to get it financed. Without further communication from - -, a man named - - - -, a contractor, showed up and started putting vinyl siding on my home. No agreement of any kind had been discussed with - -.
