I 've never applied for a payday loan, so I called Cash Net USA and they have no record of me or an account in my name. I attempted to call - back and continued to get voicemail. The bankruptcy was discharged on -/-/2016. I have received multiple calls from them and - emails this week. I called and was told they do not have my bankruptcy info. ( They have not contacted me since the original notification in - ). I gave them the info and was told they would " look into it '' but that collection activity will continue. I was told by - of the callers that they were not under any obligation to " honor '' the request from the court and that I needed to pay this debt.... |
