i received - past due statements for loans in my name which i hadve never applied for/had no knowledge of - from CashNetUSA. ( there are numerous online complaints about this company ). however i dont know if someone fraudulently opened a loan acct with cashnetusa, OR if the people at cashnetusa are fraudulently just trying to get me to give them money. my credit has been locked down for months and there is no record of this fraudulent loan on my credit report ( verified today ). - notice last month was for $990.00. - notice yesterday was for $3800.00. do I need to do anything
