I have never visited - Hospital before. The account is not in my name or birthday but it is my SSN. I can supply them with my Social Security Card to verify it is not me but I ca n't get this taken off of my credit report. My credit score has dropped - points because of this fraudulent bill.... |

I went to the doctors office and never received the service, which was still billed. I called my insurance company and they advised they were unable to stop the claim the doctors office would have to do that. I then left it alone and never followed up until I went to make an appointment and was told I could n't as there was a billing issue.
