My wages were garnished for 1 1/2 years, I believed ending in - 2016. On - -, 2016 my wage garnishment started up again. I contact my employer and they said that it was sent a letter of an adjustment of my balance. The total amount that I owe in the lawsuit was $10000.00 and my employer said that it was the same company that is taking the garnishment again. Hunt & Henriques Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft November 15, 2015 - This debt collector continuous send out late, time sensitive documents that look like junk mail, unsolicited adverting and some of this mail to my current address had no return address. I am not sure the how they sent the alleged collect documents in the pass however I was not notified of this debt till years after the court proceedings against me. This company levied my student financial aid. Although the company no that the levied fund are exempt they refuse to return them. This company forced my student college fund closed at - Bank.
