Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft California

This debt collector continuous send out late, time sensitive documents that look like junk mail, unsolicited adverting and some of this mail to my current address had no return address. I am not sure the how they sent the alleged collect documents in the pass however I was not notified of this debt till years after the court proceedings against me. This company levied my student financial aid. Although the company no that the levied fund are exempt they refuse to return them. This company forced my student college fund closed at - Bank. Their caused me to fail classed and force me to drop out of school. This company has extorted money from my college fund that was from a inmate trust account check that did not belong to me. this company financial bulling has cause me to fall -. I also am still considered a student however I can not return to school with this company beating me up financial where I can afford food, books, tuition and the necessaries a student would need to do well. I believe that I do not owe this debt because there was activity on the card on a date I was in another state where my purse was snatched off my arm and i had to have new car keys made, purchase cell phone. I also stayed at the hotel because it happen on the property the manage comp me a room and I used cash to stay a few more nights to help look for the assailant. I work with - would have record of that.
