Prince Parker & Associates Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid March 24, 2017 - I disconnected my services with - - - - on -/-/- but they continued to charge me for service up to -/-/-. When I tried to resolve it with them they said they have turned me over to a collection agency. The agency asked that I email them a letter of explanation and copies of the bills in question and I did. They said they would send me an email in 30 days with what - said and their decision but did not think I would owe that. When pressed, they say they received the " file '' from - - - in - - for a debt from -! I am not an - - - customer, but I was, and I was until later than -. Any bill from - should have come to my attention in -, and at the very least I should have been informed when I discontinued service with - - -, around - or -, I think.
