Her son stopped paying on the loan and the car was re-possessed. We received a letter about a week ago from a collection agency named CU recovery, from Wyoming, with an amount to be paid. My wife contacted the agency and was told to try to get a loan to pay off the balance, and if we could not get a loan, they would work with us to resolve the account.
