She did not provide her name and said that the debt they were attempting to collect was for a doctor 's bill. When I pressed her for information on who was claiming the debt, she would not give it to me. I asked for a copy of the bill and she said she was not allowed to provide it. Simon’s Agency, Inc Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls May 10, 2016 - They are calling every day always from a different number, never leave a message as to what it pertains to and I have sent proof of a divorce and proof that I had medicaid via an - dispute but all they say is we 've verified it belongs to you. I was married at the time of these occurrences to - - -, we divorced she goes by the name of - now -/-/2013. I am now married to - - -. They never do much more than to keep sending back that it belongs to me. Every debt I disputed on trans union has been removed because of this divorce.... |
