Fifth Third Financial Corporation Credit card billing statement December 2, 2016 - I have repeatedly asked for a bill which they send rarely. So a rep calls and tells me my payment is -. I pay - for 2 months but still get charged a - late fee both months. I call and another rep says my bill was - a moth so i was charged a late fee for the -. I explained what he told me. She said sorry. Again, no bill for the 3rd month but a late fee. I asked if it was n't my fault and because their rep gave me the wrong info and they wo n't send me a bill, thats - in 3 months. Fifth Third Financial Corporation Credit card billing statement April 1, 2016 - I responded to an offer made by my bank, Fifth Third Bank, to give me a limited time, interest-free credit card if I transferred my balance from another credit card company to theirs. I accepted the offer and transferred an existing balance from another credit card company. I did not received a bill from Fifth Third Bank for 2 months until I received a bill for 2 overdue payments and penalties. I finally sorted out this problem and got the penalties removed although the bank said that they had sent me the bills which I am absolutely certain I never received.
