PayPal consumers have reported over 15 official complaints related to Billing statement. Out of the 15 consumer complaints against PayPal, 0% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 13% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 13% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

PayPal Credit card billing statement July 12, 2015 - I have an account with PAYPAL under -- and I used this account to purchase items from Ebay. I purchased an item on Ebay for $910.00 on -/-/- from a merchant in - using my - - - credit card and the payment was transacted through PAYPAL. The merchant defrauded me and sent me an empty packet. I promptly complained to Paypal and since PAYPAL was not acting in good faith, I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. Although my credit card company reversed the charges, Paypal still owes me $20.00 for this item as my credit card was charged - and the rest ... |
