PayPal Credit card billing statement

July 12, 2015 - I have an account with PAYPAL under -- and I used this account to purchase items from Ebay. I purchased an item on Ebay for $910.00 on -/-/- from a merchant in - using my - - - credit card and the payment was transacted through PAYPAL. The merchant defrauded me and sent me an empty packet. I promptly complained to Paypal and since PAYPAL was not acting in good faith, I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges.
