PayPal Credit card department,
I have an account with PAYPAL under -- and I used this account to purchase items from Ebay. I purchased an item on Ebay for $910.00 on -/-/- from a merchant in - using my - - - credit card and the payment was transacted through PAYPAL. The merchant defrauded me and sent me an empty packet. I promptly complained to Paypal and since PAYPAL was not acting in good faith, I asked my credit card company to reverse the charges. Although my credit card company reversed the charges, Paypal still owes me $20.00 for this item as my credit card was charged - and the rest - was the reserve funds that was in my Paypal account. I talked with a Paypal representative as late as -/-/- and he said that the refund would be sent to my bank account associated with Paypal. I still have not received the refund of $20.00 that PAYPAL owes me. The transaction happened in -/-/- and today is -/-/-. I wonder if PAYPAL would tolerate this kind of non-payment if I had owed Paypal money. Please order Paypal to refund my money. Thank you.
