First Citizens Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money January 13, 2016 - In - 2015 I used my First Citizens online bill pay service to pay several bills. First Citizens returned the bills as unpayable, even though I had more than enough money in my account to pay them. I have made repeated phone calls to correct this, and was told something different each time. Each time I was assured that the problem was resolved and the creditors were paid. First Citizens Bank account or service making/receiving payments, sending money June 17, 2015 - I am having a problem with my bank returning funds which were released to the wrong party. I made payments and they were not received by the intended party yet released and not credited back to me when this was brought to the attention of the bank. I furnished all the detail requested of me to the bank. I have yet to have anyone at the bank reach out to let me know what the status of this investigation is.
