In - 2015 I used my First Citizens online bill pay service to pay several bills. First Citizens returned the bills as unpayable, even though I had more than enough money in my account to pay them. I have made repeated phone calls to correct this, and was told something different each time. Each time I was assured that the problem was resolved and the creditors were paid. I am now getting collection notices from - of the creditors, as well as late fees and damage to my credit report. I am attaching my First Citizens bank statement for that month to show a balance of over $20000.00, as well as the notice from - of the creditors stating that my bank had denied payment.
