Paid $50.00 on -/-/16, the next official banking day. Assessed late fees of $35.00 by bank. Called on -/-/16 to complain and late fees were reversed. However, bank maintains that I still owe $82.00 ( $47.00 + late fees ). I have been called on five separate occasions to request immediate payment and I refused. I have asked HSBC to stop the phone calls, but they still come. I am on - and paying more than $50.00 is a financial hardship. ... |
