I do n't have any income coming in at the moment. I did n't receive any notice trying to collect before suing me. Atlanticus Services Corporation Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt July 20, 2015 - I received a call -/-/-, I believe, on behalf of a court summons for my mother. The woman on the other side of the line would n't tell me what the summons regarded, and only stated it was personal business for my mother. I ended up writing down the phone number, and letting her know that she was n't expected a court date, that she had heard nothing of it. She seemed obviously surprised. Atlanticus Services Corporation Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit July 13, 2015 - I was contacted by a lawyers office that gave me the last - digits to an account, I do n't recall having back in 2008. The lawyer stated they were coming to my job to serve me papers, but could not give me a phone number for the company that hired them. I ca n't seem to locate any legitimate way of contacting Imagine - -. I have searched for the website myimaginecard.com as well as a phone number to contact these people. I was also told by the legal office that the Debt collector contacted me via postal mail at my address, and they did not receive a response. No mail or correspondence... |
