Atlanticus Services Corporation Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit New Hampshire

I was contacted by a lawyers office that gave me the last - digits to an account, I do n't recall having back in 2008. The lawyer stated they were coming to my job to serve me papers, but could not give me a phone number for the company that hired them. I ca n't seem to locate any legitimate way of contacting Imagine - -. I have searched for the website myimaginecard.com as well as a phone number to contact these people. I was also told by the legal office that the Debt collector contacted me via postal mail at my address, and they did not receive a response. No mail or correspondence of that sort has been delivered here.
