October 7, 2015 - Originally some one used my credit card in -. I never was getting any bills. In - i took out a loan, the bank never notified me that there is an outstanding balance, because I would have questioned it and disputed. In - i got a letter of bank collection. That is when i started to question. I spoke on the phone with the bank and cancel my card. I spoke with another representative to file dispute claim.
