BB&T Financial Credit card customer service / customer relations April 1, 2016 - BB & T sent me a letter saying I have " delinquent credit obligations with BB & T ''. I only have - open account with BB & T, it has a - balance and has for over six months. It is not delinquent. The letter also says " We have told a credit bureau about a late payment, missed payment, or other default on your account '' There is no late payment on my credit file and my account has a - balance so they have no right to do this. They have taken adverse action against me based off this information and I would like for them to remove all erroneous information from my account with them an... |
