First National Bank of Omaha Credit card cash advance fee December 7, 2016 - I used my First Bankcard credit card to purchase $50.00 commissary voucher to a prison inmate. My credit card has charged my account $15.00 as a cash advance transaction. I requested to the customer representative -, then to the supervisor - that the $15.00 fee be waived because I did not consider the transaction to be a " cash advance ''. My request for the fee " one-time '' to be waived was denied.... |
