State Farm Bank Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low November 10, 2015 - I bank with State Farm Bank. Last night my debit card was declined for insufficient funds. I checked my balance using the most recent version of the State Farm Pocket Agent app for Android ( version 5.3.0 updated on - -, 2015 ) and it showed sufficient " available '' funds. It turns out that the dollar amount shown in the app is actually the " current balance '', but the description of the dollar amount the app gives is " available balance ''.
