May 11, 2016 - On - -, - I was added as a co-owner on to my spouses checking account. Over time from then until now, I have been in contact with the Branch Manager, - -, on many occasions to request assistance with helping my account not get NSF charges. I have contacted - by email, and still have all of these emails, if necessary. Today, again after my account has received NSF fees, I contacted - again. May 28, 2015 - I am - of those people who opted out of overdraft protection because I did n't think we would need it with a household account and a personal account for myself. Then when I started paying bills all was well with the world then I started getting an overdraft notice because on their online site there is a button to click to use the household account or the personal. Several times now money is in the account and I click on the button but it charges me overdraft and pulls from the personal.
