I received a letter -/-/2015 stating they would cease Collection Activities and no reporting to my credit bureaus. I received a summons that I am being sued - - by this company after stating they would not pursue the debt and in a - that I do not reside, I never received any validation of this debt. NorthStar Technologies Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine May 11, 2015 - I was sent by my company - - - out of -, Oklahoma to be fitted for prescription safety glasses. The exam, and glasses were to be paid by the company as they had an account with the provider. All employees were allowed - pair a year. After about - weeks the company shut down that yard, and I 'm assuming did n't pay the bill. They are now contacting me and placing derogatory remarks on my credit report. ... |
