I was sent by my company - - - out of -, Oklahoma to be fitted for prescription safety glasses. The exam, and glasses were to be paid by the company as they had an account with the provider. All employees were allowed - pair a year. After about - weeks the company shut down that yard, and I 'm assuming did n't pay the bill. They are now contacting me and placing derogatory remarks on my credit report.
