- - - a subsidiary of NorthStar Technologies - - - - - - located at - - - - # - -, Ok - ( - ) - - This company sent me a letter stating I owed a debt for $4900.00 in - 2015 and I immediately sent a certified letter requesting validation of the debt and a copy of their license to collect and received nothing, in - 2015 I received a letter stating they were returning the debt and ceasing all collection activities. I received summons to appear in court on - - 2015 for - - Oklahoma as they have filed a lawsuit, after sending letter stating they ceased all collection activities. I do not live in - -, OK, nor have I ever and for them to fraudulantly sue me in this - is additonal Fraud and FDCPA Violations, specifically after I requested Debt Validation and never received it and they sent me a letter that they were ceasing all collection activities.
