May 29, 2016 - I have a collection for $20.00 that was paid directly to - - and they cashed my check on -/-/16. This should never have gone to collection. I 've sent plus4 the check copy and asked them to remove it from my credit report. They stated they wo n't remove it until other accounts are paid. I believe they can not do this as this was paid prior to them receiving the collection. I want this removed from my credit report....
