What's a Robocall?
If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a robocall. You've probably gotten robocalls about candidates running for office, or charities asking for donations. These robocalls are allowed. But if the recording is a sales message and you haven't given your written permission to get calls from the company on the other end, the call is illegal. In addition to the phone calls being illegal, their pitch most likely is a scam.

I was in the process of trading in the vehicle I had financed through them and they were all set to finance my new vehicle until they saw my complaint. Yes I had late payments because of my health but the agreement was on the table until they saw my complaint. Well since I traded my vehicle and received financing through another lender, they knew they were being paid off and yet they still reported negatively to the credit bureau. What -!! Prizm Financial Company, LLC Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay November 9, 2016 - On - the - I contacted my auto finance company about a car payment I had just made online, so that they would be able to enable my vehicle. I spoke with a lady who looked up the payment and saw that the payment had been made and transferred me to - -. When he got on the phone he stated I was 41 days past due and owed - plus dollars, yet I reassured him that I just made a payment of - and would be making another payment - - for the remainder of the balance. Prizm Financial Company, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease February 1, 2016 - PRIZIM Financial based out of -, OH is the rudest, most abusive company that I have ever come into contact with. I called them regarding a mix up with my auto payment not coming out and they screamed at me, sent several emails back to back, threatened me with legal action ect, sent me emails accusing me of not having car insurance and bouncing payments and all for a payment that was only 18 days behind.
