I recently submitted a complaint about Prizm Financial ( case # - ). I was in the process of trading in the vehicle I had financed through them and they were all set to finance my new vehicle until they saw my complaint. Yes I had late payments because of my health but the agreement was on the table until they saw my complaint. Well since I traded my vehicle and received financing through another lender, they knew they were being paid off and yet they still reported negatively to the credit bureau. What -!! Do not do business with this lender because their tactics are reprehensible.
