Experian consumers have reported over 384 official complaints related to Inadequate help over the phone. Out of the 384 consumer complaints against Experian, 19% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Experian responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 2% of consumer complaints against Experian resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 30% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
