Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

Experian has - on my credit report twice though it is the same account. The account was never mine and belong to my daughter - -, in which she has admitted to - so baffle why Experian still has it reporting on my credit report. I have attached a notarized letter informing - that this is her debt. I am again requesting for the fraudulent accounts to be immediately removed. I have submitted an incident report number for the - - - Police Department previously. Also, I have sent a copy of my signature.
