Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

Experian has not removed this account - - - - - from my credit report. This account is too old to be on credit file and I am withing guidelines to have old creditors removed. I am mot familiar nor have I ever paid on this account. I am asking Experian to please remove immediately.
