Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

Submitted a dispute with Experian. They immediately respond that debt - - - - Account Number : - Date Opened : -2011 indicated the debt is mine. I viewed who the collecter is collecting a debt for and I never attended the school. So to fraudulently hold me for a debt I am not liable for is outrageous. They have had this fraudulent debt on my credit report since 2011 and requesting that it immediately be removed.
