Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Connecticut

In - 2016 I faxed a letter to Experian with a copy of a letter that was returned to me as undeliverable with the address that was on my credit report. I asked them to remove - from my credit report for inaccurate reporting. Nothing has been done yet. I have called and confirmed that they received the fax. They are refusing to delete and breaking the FCRA law.
