Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Michigan

A company furnishing date to Experian, did not comply with validation request. I provided what - provided to me, which was just an itemized bill of a debt they were assigned that they are charging interest on. The company is not a licensed debt collector in Michigan, they provided no documentation that the debt was legally assigned to them, and provided no documentation that I signed anything allowing interest to be added or collection assigned.
