Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Georgia

- student loan, sent me a letter agreeing to delete all - accounts off of my credit report. I submitted a dispute with Experian and they have yet to delete the accounts. - deleted the accounts off as agreed in the letter, what is the purpose of submitting documents with our dispute if they are n't going to abide by them. This is n't their credit report it is mines that I am working hard on getting cleaned up, are they following the rules and regulations like they suppose to be. Please help In this matter
