Credit reporting company's investigation inadequate help over the phone

Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Ohio

My credit score dropped - points in one week with no negative impacts from my credit history.I called both - and - and they were unable to explain the decline in score, they even stated there were no changes to my credit history. I went through every aspect on my credit report with them from credit card use to hard inquirers and there were no adverse changes. My over all debt had even decreased. My score went from - to -. They just said they have no control over how the score is generated and could not provide any negative impacts that had occurred over the last 60 days. - told me if I paid them money they would provide that information. I have contacted -, - credit monitoring and they all said they have no negative changes ... .this change in my score has caused extreme distress for my financial future and the pause in my ability to seek out loans or apply for credit cards that offer better interest rates and balance transfer. My wife and I were planning on buying a new home. I have received no information or help on this problem after hours on the phone with both credit reporting agencies.
