Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Illinois

I have disputed bankruptcies on my credit report multiple times, after submitting a federal judges court order redacting my information. An representative of Experian by the name of - - personally closed out disputes making it difficult for me to reinvestigate. He has placed an alert on my file for no one else to assist me and when I am transferred to him he has not returned my phone call or answers the phone when you reach out to a different department the consumer assistance division told the switch board not to allow me t speak to any higher ups higher than his department.
