What's a Robocall?
If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a robocall. You've probably gotten robocalls about candidates running for office, or charities asking for donations. I purchased a 2006 - for $5000.00 above blue book value ( $12000.00 before taxes and interest ) due to not having a credit history, with a cosigner. I made all payments and on-time, I was never late. I had a life crisis and took the car back and it was a voluntary repossession. They then let my cosigner buy off of the contract, which did not credit towards the debt, and then sold the car at auction for $120.00, leaving me to pay $9000.00 on the car still. I get - calls a day then they email even after leaving a message or calling me to call them. I stopped calling them back now because I have asked for them to call me - time a day after - and also not to ever email me again and it has n't stopped. then a rep - called me from her personal cell - which is illegal!
