My issue is that I was sold a car, which has given me nothing but problems, my car finally died 2 weeks ago, I have already paid CNAC more then $15000.00 for a - saturn ion, which nearly killed me when it automatically shut down in the middle of an intersection. I have requested to have a settlement with this company, I currently owe $2300.00, I asked if I can pleae settle at $1200.00, they will not I have a lay by the name of - calling an harassing me twice a day, I have already sent them a cease and desease until they can offer me a settlement. I was pressured into obtaining the car when I purchase it, nothing was really ever explain to me, not even the high interest.
