Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Ohio

- - I contacted cnac - them know we need -work out something because my rent was going up -full market rent of - I 'm on - with me & my daughter working & both receiving social security from me n - it would b difficult -maintain a -car payment they said they could n't do nothing & someone would contact me on monday no one did until - - when they tried -run my debit card & was declined payment I informed them there was no payment -get because i had payed rent & that month I had only recieved - from social security -/-/- which was my - payment I said I 'd c what I could do by this time I was n't working due -my client 's declining health & my restrictions of weight I could lift - - I got the call they had - called me throughout my hospital stay & I had numerous complications I spent - - & got out - - I made a payment that month because they had lowered my rent to - I made a payment n - & did n't pay rent trying -show good faith


of funds n - I got my taxes & payed double rent for - & - after going back & forth i was told I could do the fresh start long as I made payment on time which I did I was still pinching off taxes i was told -of my - did n't & they 'd cost me -a month plus my co pay of my - n - taxes were gone & I was back n the boat of not being able -keep up wit payment they were calling me weekly sometimes -times a wk they were telling me -sell items I told them I had nothing of value n my home i dont have new flat screen tvs no game systems nothing -pawn n - & - i made partial payments cause im only getting - i have -make that strecth - 30or 31 days & im going back & forth - - & - - & going -the - a week - later n - the car wasnt running well I was afraid -drive it mostly long distances like - I got an oil change @ - - $24.00 they told me i needed a wheel alignment a tire rod on drivers side & some work n the back of car with struts or something it would be -worth of work i could break it dwn & do wheel alignment & tire rod - $190.00 i took it elsewhere & they told me i need wheel bearing on both sides the left was worse it was just a matter of what pot hole & how i hit it all the work plus labor would cost - I talked with a friend as i was distraught & they found someone who would fix wheel bearings & tire rod wit parts & labor - $650.00 the only way I 'd have enough was not -pay my rent & not give cnac the partial payment i had been when they made the weekly call i told him i didnt have money cause i used it -fix car & i wouldnt have money again til - - he was angry & i knew he would prob try -repocess car -nxt 2weeks a different man calld yesterday being most recent i informed him I still didnt have money -payment but i had asked - if i could try -go back -work they said yes so I 'd be looking for something part time on wknd or late evening being i have numerous appts during day & week he said good & maintain my weekly calls round - the repo man showed up -take car after contacting cnac they said im -payments behind & have -take it i asked y wasnt i informed earlier when i had talked -someone not even - ago they said they didnt have -say anything my daughter & her gma said they make past due amount they said call -morrow & they were still taking car & after payment id have - wait 3-5days -put n tracker & auction
